Rate Increase Notice

Effective with the bill mailed on January 1, 2026, Chalk Bluff Water Supply will implement a rate increase.

The minimum base rate (the fee charged before any water usage is assessed) will increase from $39.00 to $49.67. In addition, tiered water rates will also increase.

This adjustment is necessary due to the rising costs of operating and maintaining the water system.
